Individual Therapy

We will utilize mindfulness, meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, and guided visualization to help you with:

  • Anxiety & Stress

  • Depression & Grief

  • Body Image & Joyful Movement

  • Other Identified Goals

Sessions are 50 minutes and generally occur once per week. You can expect each session to combine traditional talk therapy with experiential tools meant to cultivate relief from anxiety, stress, and self-critical thoughts.

Coaching

A life coach often provides support that is essential for gaining momentum toward your goals. A good coach can recognize when you get stuck, and help you regain motivation.

Accountability is one of the prime advantages of working with a life coach. As a result of working with a life coach, clients often achieve their goals more quickly and efficiently than they would if working on their own.

Grief Yoga

Grief Yoga combines many forms of yoga, movement, and breath techniques to help students process grief and use it as fuel for transformative healing. This practice is not as much about physical flexibility as it is about emotional liberation. Students become aware of the present moment and where they hold struggle or pain in the body and mind.

This compassionate space helps express and release struggles through movement, breath and sound in exercises and flowing meditations. The intention is to open the heart and connect to the soul with dance prayers or laughter exercises that connect us to joy. In this way, students surrender in order to let go of pain and reconnect to love and the gift of life.

Virtual Sessions

  • Held through a HIPAA-compliant tele-health platform

  • Available to anyone in Michigan (must be physically present in the state of Michigan to access virtual therapy sessions)

  • Virtual sessions allow you to access mental health care from the comfort of your home. Be sure that you have a quiet and private space to participate from.
